Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Stay Minted outfit. If something isn't right, we'll sort it.

30-Day Free Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Complete — all 7 pieces must be returned together as a set

How to Return

  1. Email hello@stayminted.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you a free return shipping label (UK orders)
  3. Pack the items securely and drop off at your nearest collection point
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, return your order for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us at hello@stayminted.co.uk with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, check with your bank or card provider first. If you still haven't received it, email us and we'll look into it.
